A. Yes, unless those activities aggravate your symptoms.
3. Can I do the exercises in any order or time of the day, or do I have to do them in the order prescribed?
A. The exercise routines need to be followed as they are designed in order to achieve the expected results.
4. Is it OK to continue with massage therapy or visiting my chiropractor?
A. If you feel these options are helpful to you. These routines are meant to work as a complement to other health care modalities.
5. Do I need to buy this equipment to do the exercises?
A. No, however, we do sell most of the exercise products if you find that they are helpful.

A. This depends on your specific situation, please talk with you local MBF® practitioner for the best advice.
7. Should I ignore pain or discomfort while doing the exercises?
A. No, however all pain is not necessarily bad. Please make notes of the type, intensity, location, and duration of the symptom and confer with your local MBF® practitioner.
8. Why is this program superior to other forms of rehabilitative therapy (e.g. physical therapy, chiropractic, massage, etc.)?
A. The most superior program is the one that gives you the results you want. We have found the MBF® System to be very beneficial for a majority of people, however, there are exceptions.
9. Should I force myself to stand or walk as straight as possible?
A. It may feel better for you to stand with your feet pointing straight, however it is not recommended to alter your natural gait by using mental concentration. Instead, let the natural corrective properties of the exercises take effect as they will.
10. I have been diagnosed with a herniated disc in my back, doesn't that require surgical treatment or am I still a candidate for your program?
A. The MBF® programs have helped many people avoid surgery who initially began with a variety of musculoskeletal disorders herniated discs to repetitive strain injuries.
11. My pain is in my neck and shoulders, why are many of these exercises focused on my back?
A. The body is comprised of a series of biomechanical levers that all work in unison together, thus the programs are designed to restore muscular balance and function throughout the entire body. Additionally, pain is often felt in one or more locations because it can be "referred" from another body region. Please keep in mind, pain is a teacher or a red flag that tells us something is in need of attention. Unfortunately, it does not often tell us what is wrong.
12. Will I always have to do these exercises?
A. A "maintenance" program, designed specifically for your needs, is recommended for keeping the body functioning fluidly and with optimal quality of life.
13. How many minutes per day/days per week will the program take until I am "well"?
A. It is reccomended to do the program at least five days per week for the best results. Your MBF® practitioner designed the program with your current musculoskeletal needs and your time frame in mind to provide the most efficiency for the results you desire.
